“Food Nation” is a food/culture documentary series produced for Mediacorp Okto. In it, we traced the origins of some of Singapore’s favourite foods. This was the opening teaser from the episode where we featured the origins of South Indian cuisine.
Interestingly, the “Food Nation” series got a second lease of life on Mediacorp Channel U in 2011. Dubbed into Mandarin, it became a highly-rated series on Channel U and earned good reviews.
